Attend to walk-in customers and assist with product enquiries. Promote and sell company products to customers. Prepare daily sales reports using Microsoft Excel. Create and manage documents using Microsoft Word. Maintain accurate sales records and customer information. Assist with inventory tracking and stock management. Respond professionally to customer enquiries via phone and WhatsApp. Support online sales, order processing, and customer follow-ups. Ensure the store is properly organized and presentable. Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities

Must reside in Lugbe, Abuja, or very close to Lugbe. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must have basic computer and internet skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Must be honest, punctual, organized, and responsible. Ability to communicate effectively with customers. Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or store management is an advantage. Minimum qualification: SSCE/OND (higher qualifications are an advantage). Must be willing to learn and work with a team.
