Welcome and register customers with a warm smile answer phone calls, whatsapp messages and book appointments explain travel packages to customers handle payments (pos, transfer, cash) follow up with customers for reviews and reminders keep the reception area neat and organized assist the consultants and manager when needed

Responsibilities

Very good spoken english & excellent communication skills must be smart, well-groomed and customer-friendly ond/hnd/bsc in any field age: 22 – 30 years previous experience as front desk, receptionist or customer service (Travel Agency, hotel, bank, spa experience is a big advantage) must be very familiar with computer (microsoft word, excel) and social media must live in lekki, ajah, ikota, vgc, sangotedo, chevron, lakowe or close areas ability to resume immediately
