Greet and assist customers as soon as they arrive at the dealership or inquire online/phone. • Identify customer needs by asking questions about budget, lifestyle, and preferences. • Present and demonstrate vehicles, explaining features, benefits, trims, and technology. • Offer test drives and ensure customers understand the driving experience. • Provide pricing information, including financing options, trade-in values, and special promotions. • Negotiate sales terms while following dealership guidelines. • Prepare paperwork for vehicle purchases, leases, financing, and insurance. • Maintain product knowledge on new models, specs, and industry trends. • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. • Meet sales targets set by the dealership.
