​Welcome walk-in customers, assist with inquiries, and guide purchasing decisions across our instrument and audio catalog. ​Test, connect, and demonstrate equipment (keyboards, guitars, speakers, mixers, microphones) for prospective buyers. ​Post and upload new product listings with clear descriptions and photos to Jiji.ng, our company website, Instagram, and TikTok. ​Monitor and promptly reply to incoming customer messages, DMs, and comments across all social media platforms and messaging channels. ​Maintain clean, organized equipment displays on the showroom floor. ​Keep accurate records of daily sales, online inquiries, stock movements, and customer requests. ​Assist with loading, unloading, and organizing showroom inventory safely.

Responsibilities

​Basic to practical knowledge of musical instruments and sound systems. ​Hands-on familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, website content management, and online sales platforms. ​Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional customer messaging. ​Previous experience in retail sales or social media customer service. ​Honest, reliable, punctual, and hardworking. ​Proximity to our showroom address is a major plus.

Requirements & Skills

​Education: SSCE / WAEC / NECO required (OND, NCE, or Higher degree is an added advantage). ​Experience: At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or managing social media business pages. ​Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficient smartphone skills for navigating Jiji, Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business. ​Industry Knowledge: Practical familiarity with musical instruments or sound equipment (ability to play an instrument or operate audio mixers/speakers is highly preferred). ​Communication: Strong written and spoken English skills for professional customer messaging and in-person sales. ​Location: Candidate must live within easy commuting distance of our showroom location.
