Manage daily accounting and bookkeeping activities. Prepare financial reports, invoices, receipts, and payment records. Monitor company expenses and maintain accurate financial documentation. Create and manage content for the company's social media platforms and marketing campaigns. Coordinate and supervise heavy equipment operators and field personnel. Oversee daily activities at the company's sand beach operations. Prepare operational reports and maintain inventory records. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and regulatory agencies when required. Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
Responsibilities
Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Good knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Office applications. Experience with accounting software is an added advantage. Strong communication and content creation skills. Ability to manage field operations and supervise staff effectively. Must be organized, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision. Previous experience in construction, dredging, logistics, or related industries is an added advantage.
