Organic social & content marketing: develop and execute a high-impact organic content strategy across linkedin, instagram, x, and youtube. Showcase gcad’s "idea-to-impact" workflow through educational content, 3d printing time-lapses, cad tutorials, and client case studies. Meta & linkedin ads: drive targeted b2b and b2c campaigns. Utilise advantage+ shopping for e-commerce hardware sales, and lead-generation campaigns for software licensing and institutional training. Manage retargeting, catalogue health, and optimise pixel/capi infrastructure. Google ads: manage search, shopping, youtube, pmax, and display campaigns capturing high-intent technical buyers. Manage local services ads and our google business profile to attract local rapid-prototyping clients. Email marketing & automation: design and execute distinct flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, software renewal reminders, and browse-abandonment). Segment audiences (educators, engineers, students).

Responsibilities

More of core responsibilities email marketing & automation: segment audiences (educators, engineers, students) to ensure high deliverability and relevance. Goal: grow and nurture our email list to 1,000+ warm, actionable leads per quarter. Seo, aeo, aio & geo: monitor visibility across google ai overviews, sge, chatgpt, and claude. Optimise core web vitals (<2.5s lcp) and manage schema markup for technical products. Conduct intent-cluster keyword research focused on additive manufacturing and engineering design in africa. Build e-e-a-t entity authority and publish 2-3 high-quality seo/technical posts per week. Direct / institutional outreach: plan and execute targeted digital or physical collateral campaigns (flyers/postcards) aimed at schools, stem hubs, and corporate procurement teams. Measure roi with unique promo codes, executing at least one major campaign per quarter.

Requirements & Skills

Qualifications experience: proven track record managing meta business manager, google ads, and linkedin campaign manager, specifically for high-ticket technical products, saas, or specialised training. Organic marketing & community building: demonstrable experience in developing high-impact organic content strategies, managing brand presence across social media platforms and utilising seo/aeo best practices to drive inbound leads. Analytical prowess: deep understanding of cross-platform analytics, and customised dashboard building for both paid and organic traffic. Optimisation skills: strong background in creative analysis, structured a/b testing, and landing page / conversion rate optimisation (cro). Financial literacy: fluent in calculating and optimising roas, cac, acos, tacos, and contribution margins. Advanced proficiency in excel / google sheets. Mindset: a growth-driven, dtc/b2b brand mindset. Must possess excellent writing skills, strict sop documentation habits.
