Key ResponsibilitiesCraft & Innovation: Prepare, mix, and garnish specialty cocktails according to innovative recipes and menu standards, staying up-to-date with current mixology and flavor trends.Guest Service: Greet guests, offer menus, explain daily specials, and make personalized drink or food recommendations based on customer preferences.Order Taking & Delivery: Take accurate food and drink orders from tables (or at the bar), relay them to the kitchen or service well, and deliver them promptly.Bar Management: Assist with beverage inventory control, restock liquor and bar supplies, and maintain a clean, organized workspace compliant with health and safety regulations.Compliance & Safety: Check guest identification to verify legal drinking age and monitor for signs of intoxication to ensure all state, local, and federal liquor laws are followed.
