Attend to walk-in customers and assist with product selection ✅ Promote and sell products to achieve sales targets ✅ Arrange and maintain attractive product displays ✅ Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment ✅ Process sales transactions accurately ✅ Maintain excellent customer relationships ✅ Keep the store clean and organised Welcome and attend to walk-in customers professionally. •Assist customers in identifying products that meet their needs. •Drive daily sales and work towards achieving sales targets. •Promote, upsell, and cross-sell products to increase revenue. •Maintain accurate knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions. •Process customer purchases and maintain transaction records. •Ensure shelves and displays are clean, organised, and attractive. •Assist with stock taking, inventory management, and stock replenishment. •Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback courteously.

Requirements & Skills
