* Attend to customers and provide excellent customer service. * Sell smart home, solar, CCTV, security and electrical products. * Explain product features, specifications and pricing to customers. * Prepare quotations, invoices and sales records. * Receive, arrange and properly display products in the store. * Monitor stock levels and report low-stock or damaged items. * Process customer orders and follow up on sales enquiries. * Keep the store clean, organized and professionally presented. * Assist with daily inventory checks and stock reconciliation. * Handle cash/POS transactions where required. * Promote OS SMART SYSTEM products and services through walk-in and online customers. * Perform other store and sales-related duties assigned by management.

Responsibilities

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is a MUST. * Good communication and customer-service skills. * Basic computer and POS operation skills. * Ability to learn and understand technical products. * Honest, smart, presentable and result-oriented. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Applicants living around Ajah, Sangotedo or nearby areas will have an advantage.

Requirements & Skills

OND/HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field. * 1–3 years of retail/store sales experience. * Experience selling electronics, solar or technology products is an advantage.
