Key Responsibilities Represent and promote the brand professionally within the shopping mall. Engage shoppers and potential customers, introduce them to the brand and explain its products/services. Create awareness and generate interest in the brand through direct customer interaction. Actively attract and convert potential customers into leads or sales. Provide excellent customer service and respond confidently to customer questions. Demonstrate products/services and communicate their benefits clearly. Support promotional campaigns, activations and in-mall marketing activities. Maintain a neat, attractive and professional appearance that reflects the brand image. Monitor customer feedback and communicate market insights to the management team. Keep accurate records of leads, customer interactions and daily promotional activities. Work towards assigned sales, lead-generation or brand-awareness targets. Maintain a positive and energetic presence throughout working hours.

Responsibilities

Requirements Female, well-presented and confident. Previous experience in Brand Promotion, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Customer Service or related roles. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer engagement and persuasion abilities. Must be comfortable approaching and speaking with new people. Sales-driven, target-oriented and proactive. Professional attitude with excellent personal grooming. Ability to represent a premium/new brand with confidence. Good understanding of customer service and basic sales techniques. Ability to work effectively in a busy shopping-mall environment. Must be reliable, punctual and emotionally intelligent when dealing with customers. Experience promoting products or services within a mall, retail outlet, hotel, lounge or other customer-facing environment is an added advantage.
