Greeting customers and determining their gadget needs.Demonstrating the features of phone models and accessories.Processing sales receipts, invoices, and payments (cash/POS).Updating inventory and reporting daily sales performance.Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Responsibilities
Experience: Proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a front desk role (at least 1 year preferred). Tech Savvy: Strong knowledge of smartphones, gadget Accessories & tech Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Requirements & Skills
Education: minimum of ssce/ond or equivalent, with a degree in marketing, business, or a related field sometimes preferred. Physical location: often requires residing near the job location (dawaki, gwarimpa)
