Work Setup

* Teach students practical and theoretical music skills. * Provide one-on-one and group lessons based on students’ skill levels. * Teach students how to play their specific instrument or develop their musical skill. * Create simple and effective lesson plans for each class. * Demonstrate techniques and guide students through practical exercises. * Monitor students’ progress and provide constructive feedback. * Prepare students for practical assessments and performances. * Maintain a professional, patient and encouraging learning environment. * Handle academy instruments and equipment responsibly. * Work closely with the ServeHaus Academy team to ensure students receive quality training.

• Strong proficiency in your chosen area of music. • Good practical and theoretical knowledge of music. • Previous teaching or coaching experience. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to teach beginners and intermediate students. • Patience and ability to work with different types of learners. • Good lesson planning and classroom management skills. • Professional, punctual and reliable. • Passion for music and developing new talent. • Ability to demonstrate techniques clearly and practically. • Relevant music qualification or certification is an advantage. • Must be willing to work as part of the ServeHaus Academy team.

Requirements & Skills

* Minimum of SSCE/OND or equivalent. * Relevant music qualification, certification, or proven professional experience in the chosen area. * At least 2 years of practical experience in the chosen instrument or music field. * Previous teaching or coaching experience is an advantage. * Strong practical knowledge and ability to demonstrate the skill professionally. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to teach beginners and intermediate students. * Must be responsible, punctual, patient, and professional. * Must have a genuine passion for teaching and developing new talent. * Must be willing to work as part of the ServeHaus Academy team.
