Market Expansion (Sales Focus): Identify and onboard high-potential B2B hotel supply wholesalers in key Nigerian markets; negotiate terms and targets. Guidance & Training (Operations Focus): Provide product training and on-the-ground guidance (display, pitching) to distributors to ensure independent sales capabilities. Account Maintenance: Audit stock levels via site visits; resolve logistics delays or quality feedback to build long-term partnerships. Oversight & Reporting: Coordinate with warehouse to ensure accurate fulfillment; track payment cycles, manage debt collection, and report data directly to the MD.
Responsibilities
Education: bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related fields. Experience: 0-1 years in b2b sales; distribution management or hospitality supply chain is preferred. Language: fluency in english (written & verbal); local languages (yoruba/hausa) a plus. Tech skills: proficient in ms office (advanced excel essential); crm experience
