Job Type

Install solar panels, inverters, batteries, charge controllers, breakers, and related equipment. Carry out proper electrical wiring, testing, system commissioning, maintenance, and repairs. Conduct site assessments, identify installation requirements, troubleshoot faults, and ensure all installations are safe, neat, and professionally completed.

Responsibilities

Proven experience as a Solar Installer or Technician, good knowledge of solar PV systems and electrical wiring, ability to troubleshoot faults, read basic electrical diagrams, and work with different inverter and battery systems. Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently are essential

Requirements & Skills

Minimum of SSCE/WAEC/NECO or equivalent. At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in solar installation or electrical work. Basic knowledge of solar panels, inverters, batteries, wiring, and electrical systems. Ability to troubleshoot basic solar and electrical faults. Relevant technical, electrical, or solar installation certification is an added advantage. Ability to work safely at heights and on installation sites. Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Must be hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn.
