1. In-Store Sales & Customer Experience * Attend to walk-in customers warmly and professionally * Recommend products confidently and close sales * Maintain cleanliness and visual appeal of the store * Handle basic transactions and order processing 2. TikTok Content Creation * Create engaging, relatable, and trend-based videos for our TikTok page * Stay updated with trending sounds, challenges, and formats * Appear on camera confidently (face/personality is important) * Brainstorm and execute creative content ideas weekly * Showcase products in a natural, entertaining way (not stiff ads) 3. Social Media Support * Respond to TikTok comments and inquiries * Collaborate with the Instagram manager for content alignment * Assist with occasional behind-the-scenes content

Responsibilities

Requirements * Comfortable being on camera and speaking confidently * Strong understanding of TikTok trends and content style * Friendly, sales-driven, and customer-focused * Basic phone video editing skills (CapCut or similar is a plus) * Previous retail or sales experience is an advantage * Must be reliable, proactive, and creative

Requirements & Skills

Minimum of ssce / waec certificate (ond is an added advantage, not compulsory) * must be 18 years or older * basic experience or strong interest in retail, sales, or customer service * must be familiar with tiktok (either creating content or actively engaging with trends) * ability to record and edit videos using a smartphone (e.G., capcut or similar apps) is an added advantage * good communication skills (clear speaking and confident interaction) * must be comfortable appearing on camera
