Greet, welcome, and seat customers warmly as they arrive. Take food and drink orders accurately and relay them promptly to the kitchen team. Serve orders to tables efficiently, ensuring high quality and correct presentation. Clear, clean, and sanitize dining tables, chairs, and service areas promptly. Handle customer complaints or queries professionally and report issues to management.
Responsibilities
Previous experience as a waitress or in customer service is an added advantage (training will also be provided). Warm, cheerful, and respectful attitude with strong communication skills. Well-groomed with high standards of personal appearance and cleanliness. Basic numeracy skills to manage orders and billing correctly. Punctual, energetic, and dedicated to delivering great service.
