Assist senior welders with equipment setup, material preparation, and workshop organization. Undergo practical training in Argon welding techniques and safety guidelines. Clean, grind, and prepare joint surfaces before and after welding. Perform basic factory assembly tasks assigned by supervisors.
Responsibilities
Minimum of SSCE / OND (ability to read and follow simple instructions). No prior welding experience required—must be eager and fast to learn. Must be hardworking, disciplined, and physically fit for factory work. Readiness to adhere strictly to safety rules and work hours.
