Job Type
Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to hotel standards. Welcome guests, take beverage orders, and offer recommendation suggestions politely. Keep the bar area, counter, glasses, and equipment clean, sanitized, and well-organized. Monitor bar inventory, restock drinks, and report low stock to management on time. Manage daily bar sales, accurately issue receipts, and account for cash/POS transactions.
Responsibilities
Proven experience as a Barman or Bartender in a hotel, lounge, or restaurant. Good knowledge of drink mixing, spirits, beers, and cocktails. Excellent customer service, basic arithmetic, and communication skills. Neat appearance, strong personal hygiene, and a trustworthy attitude. Must reside in or be able to easily commute to Ikorodu, Lagos.
Requirements & Skills
Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification. Proven experience as a Barman or Bartender in a hotel, lounge, or restaurant.
