- Coordinate emergency calls and response activities in a timely and professional manner. - Monitor and track field operations using digital tools and communication systems. - Maintain accurate incident records, reports, and operational documentation. - Communicate effectively with response teams, stakeholders, and relevant personnel. - Support operational planning and real-time decision-making during emergency situations. - Ensure prompt handling of emergencies while maintaining established procedures and standards. - Assist in improving response efficiency and overall service delivery.

Responsibilities

- Male and female applicants are welcome. - Must be computer literate and comfortable using digital tools and software. - Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to remain calm, organized, and effective under pressure. - Good attention to detail and multitasking abilities. - Knowledge of mapping, GIS, or digital navigation systems is an added advantage. - Must be flexible and willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required. - Applicants should reside within the Lekki–Ajah axis or be able to commute conveniently.

Requirements & Skills

- minimum of ond, hnd, or bsc qualification. - good computer proficiency is required. - previous experience in operations, emergency response, logistics, or coordination roles is an added advantage.
