Operations Management Oversee daily restaurant and lounge operations. Ensure food, drinks, and services are delivered efficiently. 2. Staff Supervision Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise waiters, bartenders, chefs, and other staff. Monitor staff performance and enforce company policies. 3. Customer Service Ensure guests receive excellent service. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly. 4. Inventory and Supplies Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies. Coordinate purchasing and prevent wastage or shortages. 5. Financial Management Manage daily sales, expenses, and cash handling. Monitor revenue targets and profitability. 6. Health and Safety Compliance Ensure hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards are maintained. 7. Marketing and Promotions Plan events, promotions, and special offers to attract customers.

Responsibilities

Education: minimum of ond/hnd or bachelor’s degree in hospitality, hotel management, business administration, or related fields. Work experience: typically 2–5 years in restaurant, lounge, or hospitality management. Experience in supervising staff is preferred. Knowledge of food & beverage operations: understanding of kitchen, bar, and dining operations. Computer skills: ability to use pos systems, ms office, and inventory software. Professional appearance and conduct: presentable, polite, and professional with guests and staff.
