Attend to customers professionally, answer product enquiries, and guide them toward making informed purchasing decisions. --------- Actively promote and sell laptops to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. --------- Follow up with potential customers to convert enquiries into successful sales. --------- Explain product features, pricing, warranty terms, and available accessories to customers. --------- Maintain good customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and referrals. --------- Stay updated on laptop models, specifications, market trends, and competitors’ offerings. --------- Contribute to the company’s growth by identifying sales opportunities and improving customer conversion rates.

Responsibilities

Good knowledge of laptops, including brands, specifications, processors, RAM, storage, and performance differences --------- Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills. --------- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to work toward and achieve sales targets. --------- Ability to handle customer enquiries professionally and follow up consistently. --------- Honesty, punctuality, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility. Willingness to learn, improve product knowledge, and contribute to the company’s success. --------- Previous experience in laptop sales or electronics retail is an advantage.

Requirements & Skills

Minimum of HND, or a Bachelor’s degree from business or technology background. --------- Must below 27 years old. --------- Must have good knowledge of laptops, including brands, processors, RAM, storage, specifications, and performance. --------- Previous experience in laptop sales, computer retail, or electronics sales is an added advantage. --------- Must possess good communication, customer service, and selling skills. Must be able to convince customers professionally, follow up on enquiries, and convert leads into sales. --------- Must be target-driven, proactive, honest, punctual, and responsible. Must be computer-literate and willing to learn new products and sales techniques. --------- Must be able to work with minimal supervision and contribute to achieving the company’s sales targets.
