- Respond to customer enquiries from WhatsApp, social media, and other advertising channels. - Explain BizFormal's services, pricing, requirements, and benefits to prospects. - Convert enquiries into paying customers through professional communication, persuasion, and follow-up. - Re-engage cold leads and prospects who previously showed interest but did not place orders. - Recommend appropriate services, including CAC registration, SCUML, ITF, business regularisation, certificate processing, HR documents, business agreements, accounting templates, and business software. - Send and prepare customer intake forms, collect required information, check documents for completeness, and follow up on missing details. - Organise customer records and prepare complete registration files for processing. - Track enquiries, payments, orders, pending documents, and follow-up activities using spreadsheets or other approved tools. - Keep customers informed about outstanding requirements and coordinate wi

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong sales, persuasion, negotiation, and customer relationship skills. - Ability to convert enquiries into confirmed, paying orders. - Persistent and professional follow-up skills, including re-engagement of cold leads. - Basic computer skills and confidence using WhatsApp Business, social media, online forms, and spreadsheets. - Good organisational skills and attention to detail when handling customer information and documents. - Self-motivated, honest, proactive, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision. - Willingness to learn business registration, compliance, documentation, and software products. - Sales, telemarketing, customer service, lead generation, or business development experience is an advantage. - Must be comfortable with a performance-based, commission-only compensation structure **Earning potential:** No fixed upper limit. Earnings depend on eligible sales closed and the agreed commission structure

Requirements & Skills

Minimum of SSCE/WAEC/NECO. Candidates with OND, NCE, HND, or a bachelor's degree are welcome to apply. Relevant sales or customer service experience is an advantage, but strong communication, willingness to learn, discipline, and the ability to close sales are more important than certificates alone.
