Waxing Facials Head spa Massaging * Help promote the spa’s services through good client interaction and professionalism * Maintain a neat, well-groomed and professional appearance at all times

Responsibilities

Perform professional facials and skincare treatments * Provide body massages and relaxation treatments * Perform body scrubs, body treatments and wraps * Conduct basic skin consultations and recommend suitable treatments/products * Prepare the treatment room and ensure all equipment is clean, sanitised and ready * Maintain excellent hygiene and safety standards * Create a relaxing, comfortable and professional experience for every client * Explain treatments clearly and provide appropriate aftercare advice * Keep accurate client treatment records where necessary * Handle spa equipment and products properly * Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the spa area * Recommend suitable treatments or products when appropriate * Deliver excellent customer service and build good client relationships * Work professionally with other members of the YND Beauty Bar team * Manage appointments and ensure clients are attended to promptly * Help promote the spa’s services through good behaviour
