Prepare and fry Akara and local street food according to standardized company recipes. Maintain strict standards of kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety. Manage portion control, dry-mix batch management, and product quality. Operate efficiently during peak morning and evening business hours.

Practical knowledge and experience preparing Akara or similar local street foods. Must reside in or near Mile 12, Ayobo/Egbeda, or Agege. Disciplined, teachable, hygienic, and accountable. Ready for immediate resumption. Must be able to provide 2 reliable guarantors.
