Marketing & Business Growth 1. Develop and execute marketing strategies for the company's software solutions, technology products and services. 2. Personally participate in marketing, lead generation and customer acquisition activities. 3. Identify target customers, market opportunities and effective marketing channels. 4. Develop and coordinate online and offline marketing campaigns. Operations Management 1. Coordinate day-to-day business operations and ensure activities are properly executed. 2. Assign and follow up responsibilities to ensure timely completion. 3. Coordinate relevant personnel and business functions. 4. Identify operational problems, delays and weaknesses and take appropriate corrective action. Staff Leadership & Supervision 1. Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision to assigned personnel. 2. Assign duties, set expectations and monitor performance. 3. Train, guide and support staff where necessary. 4. Monitor productivity, work quality and punctuality

Responsibilities

1. Strong practical marketing and business-development ability. 2. Proven ability to execute marketing strategies and generate measurable results. 3. Good understanding of lead generation, customer acquisition and conversion. 4. Ability to personally market products and services. 5. Ability to develop and manage affiliate marketing strategies. 6. Strong leadership and personnel-management capability. 7. Strong operational, organizational and problem-solving skills. 8. Ability to work independently, take ownership and manage multiple responsibilities. 9. Strong communication, negotiation, reporting and interpersonal skills. 10. Practical experience in marketing, business development, operations, sales or personnel supervision. 11. Experience marketing technology products, software or business solutions is an advantage.

Requirements & Skills

Compensation & Earning Opportunities In addition to the applicable salary, the successful candidate will have opportunities to earn additional income based on performance and qualifying business results - STANIFICENT Affiliate Program: Earn affiliate commissions separately from salary by personally promoting eligible STANIFICENT products, software solutions and services and generating qualifying customer transactions. Performance Expectations: 1. Performance will be assessed based on measurable contribution, including: 2. Marketing activities and results achieved. 3. Leads, business opportunities and customers generated. 4. Affiliate marketing growth and performance. 5. Effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies. 6. Operational efficiency and timely execution of responsibilities. 7. Effectiveness in supervising and coordinating personnel. 8. Reduction in routine matters requiring CEO intervention. 9. Initiative, accountability, problem-solving and quality of reporting
