Market Prospecting: Actively visit mobile phone retail shops, repair hubs, and spare parts dealers in and around the market. 2. ​Product Presentation: Show company product samples and present our wholesale price lists confidently to potential retail clients. 3. ​Relationship Building: Initiate conversations with shop owners, understand their needs, and effectively hand out quotation sheets and company contact information. 4. ​Follow-Up: Maintain professional communication with prospective clients to convert leads into long-term wholesale buyers.

Responsibilities

1. ​Hardworking & Self-Driven: You possess a strong work ethic, are comfortable doing field/outdoor sales, and are resilient in a fast-paced market environment. 2. ​Money-Motivated: You have a strong desire to hit targets and maximize your income through commissions and bonuses. 3. ​Excellent Communicator: You are fluent in English (knowledge of Pidgin or local languages is a big plus) and can build instant rapport with market traders. 4. ​Fast Learner: You have a sharp mind and can quickly grasp product specifications and pricing structures during our training. 5. ​Experience: Prior experience in field sales, marketing, or working within Computer Village is highly preferred but not mandatory if you have the right attitude.
