Responsibilities

 2+ years of experience in e-commerce management or online retail operations  Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving online store performance  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions  Experience in leading and motivating a team  Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and web analytics tools

Requirements & Skills

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field Certifications in Sales and Digital Marketing will be added advantage.
