Work Setup

=Greet customers, understand their computing needs (gaming, office work, coding, school), and guide them to the right laptop models. =Meet and exceed monthly store sales targets.Demonstrate product features, explain specifications, and compare different models effectively. =Cross-sell tech accessories (mice, bags, laptop stands) and software (Antivirus, Microsoft Office).Manage store inventory display, ensuring laptops are clean, fully functioning, and correctly priced. =Handle cash registers, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and process payments securely.

Responsibilities

-A degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field OR a background in Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, or a technical field with a strong passion for retail sales = Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or electronic/tech sales (preferred but not mandatory if the educational background is strong). = -Not older than 27 years = A strong understanding of modern laptop specifications (Ability to learn quickly and understand laptop and its specifications.) = Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex technical terms = -Must live within a reasonable distance of Challenge, Ibadan, or be able to resume work consistently and on time.
