* Install Lorenzetti instant heating showers professionally and safely. * Carry out electrical and plumbing connections according to installation requirements. * Test installed showers to ensure proper operation. * Diagnose and troubleshoot installation or operational issues. * Explain basic operation and safety instructions to customers. * Carry out maintenance and servicing when required. * Ensure installations are neat, safe, and properly completed. * Respond professionally to customer requests and appointments. * Submit installation reports or confirmation when required. * Maintain good customer service and represent the Lorenzetti brand professionally.
Responsibilities
* Experience in electrical, plumbing, or water-heating appliance installation. * Good understanding of domestic electrical wiring and plumbing. * Ability to use basic electrical and plumbing tools. * Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and meet customer appointments. * Good communication and customer-service skills. * Must be safety-conscious and detail-oriented. * Previous experience installing electric showers or water heaters is an advantage. * Must be willing to learn Lorenzetti’s recommended installation procedures.
Requirements & Skills
* SSCE / WAEC or equivalent. * Technical training, apprenticeship, or relevant practical experience in electrical or plumbing work is an advantage.
