Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field 2+ years of experience in e-commerce management or online retail operations Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving online store performance Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Experience in leading and motivating a team Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, and web analytics tools
Requirements & Skills
ba/bsc in any discipline certifications in sales and digital marketing will be an added advantage.
