Responsibilities

I bring a balance of technical expertise, site management, and leadership to deliver projects successfully. **Core Areas:** 1. **Technical**: Drawing interpretation, surveying, QC testing, civil works, POP, tiling, screeding, finishing 2. **Management**: Team supervision, planning, progress reporting, cost/BOQ control 3. **Soft Skills**: Communication, leadership, problem-solving, time management, client relations Committed to safety, quality, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
