Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate farm workers Plan and monitor daily farm activities Ensure proper planting, weeding, spraying, harvesting and general farm maintenance Monitor farm equipment, materials and inputs Ensure workers carry out their duties properly Keep accurate records and report farm activities to management Maintain discipline and ensure the farm is properly managed

Responsibilities

Minimum qualification: OND/HND in Agriculture, Agronomy, Animal Science, or a related field Must be able to speak and understand Hausa fluently Must have practical experience in farm management Must have experience supervising and managing farm workers Ability to plan, coordinate and monitor farm activities Must be hardworking, honest, disciplined and responsible Ability to keep proper records of farm activities, workers, materials and expenses Must be able to work independently and provide regular reports to management Previous experience managing a medium or large-scale farm will be an added advantage.
