Responsibilities

Access control systems: Ability to operate digital badge scanners, biometric gates, and visitor logs.First aid: Certification in CPR, AED use, and basic emergency medical response.De-escalation tactics: Knowledge of verbal strategies to diffuse tense or aggressive situations.Report writing: Skill in creating clear, objective, and accurate written incident logs.
