Post and manage Tools Station NG products on Jiji, Konga and Facebook Marketplace. Create accurate, attractive product titles, descriptions and specifications. Upload and organize clear product images. Research product information when necessary; never guess specifications. Update prices, stock availability and product information. Monitor and respond to customer enquiries professionally. Identify serious buyers and forward qualified leads to management. Maintain a record of listings, enquiries, leads and sales. Help create simple promotional posts for Facebook and other social platforms. Ensure all online listings are consistent with Tools Station NG branding. Report weekly on activities, customer feedback and sales opportunities. Protect company information, customer details and account credentials.

Responsibilities

Minimum of SSCE/OND; relevant experience is an advantage. Experience using Jiji, Konga, Facebook Marketplace or other e-commerce platforms. Good written and spoken English. Must be comfortable using smartphones, computers and internet tools. Basic knowledge of Canva or photo-editing tools. Ability to write clear and attractive product descriptions. Good attention to detail, especially with product specifications and prices. Ability to research products and learn new tools quickly. Good customer-service and communication skills. Honest, reliable, organized and able to meet deadlines. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
