1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Identify and target potential clients: real estate developers, architects, contractors, institutions, and homeowners. Develop strategies to generate quality leads through digital marketing, field marketing, and referrals. Follow up on inquiries, prepare proposals, and convert prospects to paying clients. 2. Market Research & Competitor Analysis Study industry trends, pricing benchmarks, and client needs. Analyze competitors’ products, strengths, and weaknesses to position the company more effectively. Identify emerging opportunities in construction, fabrication, windows, glassworks, steel structures, and related services. 3. Branding & Corporate Communication Maintain a consistent brand image across all platforms. Develop branded content such as company profiles, flyers, brochures, and social media creatives. Handle relationship management with external partners—suppliers, consultants, influencers, and industry associations.
