Partnership Support: Assist in recruiting and onboarding new restaurant partners, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring seamless integration with our platform. Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and recommend strategies for revenue increase. Operational Assistance: Support day-to-day operations, including order fulfillment coordination, delivery logistics oversight, and quality control to enhance customer satisfaction. Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and support teams to execute campaigns, track performance metrics, and foster a collaborative environment. Data & Reporting: Analyze sales data, generate reports using tools like Google Analytics or Excel, and provide insights to optimize processes and boost efficiency. Administrative Tasks: Handle scheduling, vendor communications, and basic bookkeeping to keep business functions running smoothly.

Responsibilities

1-3 years of experience in business development, operations, or account management (experience in food, hospitality, e-commerce, or tech is a plus). Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and basic data tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to negotiate and build relationships. Passion for the food industry and online platforms; tech-savvy with an eye for detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Must be based in or willing to relocate to Lagos.
