Hand-ventilate hair onto lace, frontal, closure, and other wig-making materials. Create natural-looking hairlines, partings, and densities. Use appropriate ventilation techniques based on the wig design and client's specifications. Ensure hair strands are properly secured and evenly distributed. Maintain consistency in hair density and direction throughout the wig. Carefully inspect finished work for loose strands, uneven areas, or other imperfections. Make corrections and adjustments where necessary. Handle wig-making tools and materials properly. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Follow client specifications and design instructions.

Responsibilities

Previous experience in wig ventilation is required. Strong knowledge of hand ventilation techniques. Ability to work with different types of lace and wig materials. Experience creating realistic hairlines and partings. Ability to work with different hair textures and densities. Must be patient, careful, and highly detail-oriented. Ability to meet production targets and deadlines. Must be willing to learn new wig-making techniques.

Requirements & Skills

Minimum of SSCE/WAEC/NECO. A certificate or training in wig making, hairdressing, cosmetology, or a related field is an added advantage. Relevant practical experience may be considered in place of formal qualifications.
