PONSIBILITIES 1. Conduct land and topographical surveys for poultry farm construction projects. 2. Establish site boundaries, levels, coordinates and elevations. 3. Carry out site setting-out for poultry houses, feed stores, egg stores, drainage systems, access roads and other farm structures. 4. Prepare accurate survey plans, site layouts, contour maps and measurement reports. 5. Provide survey data and technical support to architects, civil/structural engineers and construction teams. 6. Monitor construction alignment, dimensions, levels and positioning against approved drawings. 7. Calculate land areas, distances, coordinates and earthwork quantities. 8. Identify site constraints, level differences and drainage requirements before and during construction. 9. Operate and maintain surveying equipment, including total stations, GPS/GNSS receivers, automatic levels and related instruments.

Responsibilities

Proven experience in land surveying and construction site setting-out. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant surveying software. * Practical experience using total stations, GPS/GNSS equipment and levelling instruments. * Ability to interpret engineering drawings, site plans and topographical maps. * Strong mathematical, measurement and problem-solving skills. * Attention to detail and ability to work with construction teams on active project sites. * Willingness to travel to project locations as required.
