Responsibilities: • Prepare and organize contract bid documents • Review tender requirements and eligibility criteria • Compile and arrange supporting company documents • Assist with proposal writing and formatting • Complete and submit bid/tender applications • Ensure compliance with submission guidelines • Follow up on submission process where applicable • Provide bid administration and documentation support

Requirements & Skills: • Experience in contract bidding and tender preparation • Knowledge of bid documentation and submission processes • Ability to prepare proposals and supporting documents • Strong attention to detail and organization skills • Good written and verbal communication • Familiarity with SAM.gov, E-Tender, and procurement platforms is an advantage • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently • Basic computer and document management skills (Word, Excel, PDF)
Requirements & Skills
Minimum qualification: • ond / hnd / bachelor’s degree in business administration, procurement, marketing, accounting, economics, public administration, or related field • previous experience in tender preparation, contract bidding, proposal writing, or administrative support is an added advantage
